About Zoiper
Zoiper 5 is a softphone that connects to your own PBX or a SIP provider for voice calls, video calls and instant messaging. It runs natively on Windows, macOS and Linux, with apps for iPhone and Android, and supports TLS, SRTP and ZRTP encryption when the server supports it.
Features include address book and CRM integration, click-to-dial, call recording, auto-answer, provisioning and call-centre functions, plus AI transcription and summaries of recordings. A free version is available, with paid editions sold in the Zoiper shop.
