About gomuks
gomuks is a Matrix client built on mautrix-go. It is split into a backend and several frontends. The backend can be built into the client or run as a remote server that acts like a bouncer, keeping the connection to Matrix while frontends come and go.
The web frontend is the most mature and is ready for daily use. It is also wrapped as an Electron desktop app, a GeckoView-based Android app and a WebAssembly version with the backend embedded. A terminal frontend exists but is experimental and covers only basic chatting.
