About Jubler
Jubler is a Java subtitle editor that handles more than 20 formats, including SRT, ASS/SSA, WebVTT, MicroDVD, TTML and YouTube subtitles. It shows VLC-based video playback with a frame preview, audio waveform and a timeline of draggable subtitle blocks, and supports two-point synchronization.
Editing tools include time shifting, frame rate conversion, splitting and joining, spell checking and regex find and replace. Quality validation checks against configurable rules and TED guidelines, a translation mode uses Azure Translator, and command-line tools allow batch processing.
