About Ladder
Ladder is a strength training app built around daily workout plans written by coaches. Each plan adds five or more new workouts every week, and you can choose between several training plans. Workouts come with video demonstrations, in-ear coaching and built-in pacing, and are designed so they can be done from anywhere.
The app records reps and weights, shows progress over time, sends alerts for personal records and keeps training notes in one place. You can also send questions to coaches. It suits busy people who want a structured plan without designing workouts themselves.
