About Movim

Movim is a federated blogging and chat platform that works as a web front end for the XMPP protocol. It brings chatrooms, a news feed, stories and video conferences into one interface that works on phones, tablets and computers.

Because it uses standard XMPP, you can talk with people using other clients such as Conversations or Dino. You can join the public mov.im instance, pick another server, or run your own instance with the install guide or a container image.
