Thunar is the file manager of the Xfce desktop. It is designed to start quickly and stay responsive, with a clean interface that leaves out rarely used options by default.
It handles removable media, a customizable Send To menu, custom actions and a bulk renamer. Plugins add archive handling, media tag editing, network shares and version control integration, and thunar-volman manages removable drives.
