Spike.sh receives alerts from monitoring systems and makes sure the right person hears about them. Teams set up on-call schedules and escalation policies, and alerts are delivered by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp and Slack.
Routing rules can act on an incident's title, severity or payload priority, for example calling everyone for a SEV1 or adding a specific responder. It suits small and mid-sized engineering teams that need round-the-clock alerting without a heavy setup.
