About Squadcast
Squadcast is an incident response service, now sold by SolarWinds, that brings alerts from monitoring systems into one place and follows an incident from the first alert to resolution. It correlates and enriches alerts, filters duplicates and noise, and lets teams defer or silence lower-priority alerts without losing sight of them.
On-call management covers flexible schedules, escalation paths and rotations that control who is alerted and when. It is aimed at engineering and support teams trying to reduce time to acknowledge and time to remediate.
