Grafana Cloud IRM is the incident response and on-call part of Grafana Cloud. It routes incoming alerts to the right people based on roles and on-call schedules, and notifies them through iOS and Android apps, Slack, Microsoft Teams and other channels.
During an incident it keeps communication in one place, automates manual steps and records a timeline of the response. Billing is based on active users. It suits teams that already use Grafana for monitoring and want on-call and incident handling in the same stack.
