About ITFlow
ITFlow is aimed at small managed service providers. It keeps client records in one place: contacts, locations, vendors, computer assets, software licences, web domains and key documents. A ticketing system handles creating, prioritising and tracking support requests.
Billing covers recurring invoices, quotes, automated reminders and online card payment through Stripe, with financial reports. Optional AI features work with self-hosted Ollama or LocalAI as well as external services, and an API is available. A demo can be tried before installing.
