About iTop
iTop is an ITSM and CMDB web application developed by the French company Combodo. It tracks configuration items, handles service requests and incidents, and supports ITIL processes with automated reporting.
It is designed to be adapted with low-code customisation and integrations with other tools. You can download and host it yourself, and a demo is available. Version 3.3 is the current major release.
