About OTOBO

OTOBO is a modular service management platform used through a web browser. It handles IT service management along ITIL practices, and the same ticketing and process tools can serve other departments such as customer service, HR and facility management.

Teams can adapt it to their own requirements and automate recurring service processes. Because you run it yourself, your data stays with you. The software is 100% open source with no licence fees, and version 11.1 is in beta. The project website is mainly in German.

  • ITSM processes based on ITIL practices
